Key Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation
• Brew coffee and espresso drinks (latte, cappuccino, macchiato, etc.).
• Prepare teas, smoothies, and juices depending on the café menu.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Customer Service
• Greet customers warmly and take orders.
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
• Equipment Handling
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment.
• Clean and maintain machines daily to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Inventory & Stock
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Maintain a clean workspace and seating area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
