Key Responsibilities

• Quality Guardianship: Oversee the daily calibration of espresso and filter programs, ensuring every cup meets our rigorous Gold Standard for extraction and flavor profile.
• Artistry in Motion: Execute advanced latte art and precision pouring, maintaining a visual standard that is camera-ready for the Bench lifestyle.
• Mentorship & Culture: Act as the lead educator for junior baristas, fostering a culture of continuous learning, sensory development, and pride in the craft.
