Senior Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities

• Drive product sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Lead and execute promotional activities, roadshows, and campaigns.
• Provide beauty consultation, skin analysis, and product recommendations.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and customer service.
• Assist in training and guiding junior BAs.
• Report daily sales and performance updates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience as Beauty Advisor / Senior Beauty Advisor.
• Strong skincare knowledge and customer handling skills.
• Proactive, confident, with good communication and sales skills.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Training experience is an added advantage.
