Senior Benefit Analyst
serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for U.S.-based employee benefits and equity compensation programs. In this high-growth environment, the role transcends routine administration to lead the strategic analysis and optimization of health, welfare, retirement (401k), and equity portfolios. As a key partner to HR leadership, Finance, and Payroll, this position ensures all programs are accurate, scalable, and fully compliant with federal and state regulations.
