Senior Benefits Analyst - Asia Region

This senior analyst provides guidance and skilled oversight to the design and administration of Compassion's employee benefit program on a broad and often global scale. This includes, at a minimum, Compassion's medical, vision, dental, retirement, life/disability, well-being, and spending accounts. This analyst further performs skilled, professional level duties such as monthly benefit plan funding, billing, accounting and reconciliation.

The incumbent ensures the maintenance of accurate employee benefit records and coordinates with employees to resolve complex questions and concerns related to benefit plans. She or he designs and implements major communications programs for Compassion's global ministry and projects such as annual enrollment and new benefit offerings.
