Job Description
Senior BI Developer / BI Team Lead Remote position in Canada (CA).
Job Duties
Works closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate those into informative, visually appealing, and simple-to-use reporting products.
Leads a Business Intelligence (BI) team, including data analysts, quality assurance analysts and BI developers.
Designs, delivers, and maintains high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards.
Accountable for Power BI mentorship for reusability, technical efficiencies, and dashboard design.
Performs operational troubleshooting to resolve disruptions to reporting service, data refreshes, and Power BI platform problems.
Develops development standards and best practices, performing quality assurance checks.
Leads Power BI governance through use of workspaces, appropriate security models, and a managed self‑service report authoring approach.
