Senior Bid Engineer - Outside IR35 • Birmingham (Hybrid) • 3-Month Contract (Extendable)

Our client is looking for a Senior Bid Engineer to support a number of upcoming project tenders. This is an outside IR35 contract, initially for 3 months with strong potential for extension, working on a hybrid basis from client offices in Birmingham. Operating under a new 2026 Group structure, this role will support technically complex, high-value bids and requires strong alignment with group-level commercial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting and developing technical bid and tender submissions
• Contributing engineering and design input into proposals
• Working closely with commercial and estimating teams on pricing, risk, and value engineering
• Assisting with RFP, ITT, and tender responses from early-stage through submission
