Senior Bid Manager

Responsibilities
As the Senior Bids & Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the following essential functions:
Research and find new projects (RFQs and RFPs) from various private and public sector sources.
Analyze or review the RFP/RFQ specifications, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
Develop responsibility matrix for bids, assign responsibilities and conduct technical bid kick-off sessions.
Manage and track the proposal delivery schedule for all deliverables to meet the submission deadline.
Prepare technical queries related to the bids and respond technical queries raised by clients on various projects.
Engage and build relationship with suppliers for pricing of tenders, data sheets and other technical requirements.
Coordinating the development of financial offer/pricing by the in-house and external technical teams.
Identify risks and prepare a risk register based on the requirements and specifications of the bid during the bidding stage.
