Senior Billing Analyst

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Day-to-day billing operations and support
• Ensure all jobs are closed on time and accurately.
• Ensure the processes are performed on the latest reports.
• Liaise with the Omnicom shared service team for all billing submissions.
• Support the business affairs team, business leadership team and production team on all billing functions.
• Run AR and WIP reports and work on any outstanding issues.
• Liaise with client payment contact to ensure all past due invoices are followed up and assigned a payment date.
