ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Billing Analyst to manage billing support, triage financial system incidents, and drive operational accuracy across invoicing, credit memos, refunds, and accounts receivable workflows within a large-scale SaaS platform. You will write SQL queries to validate and reconcile financial data, support month-end close activities, and design scalable SOPs and process improvements in close partnership with Finance and Accounting teams.
