Senior Billing Specialist

+ Performs daily operational duties sush as tax invoice issuance and adjustment activities

+ Perform monthly accounting duties such as preparation of various transactional and financial reports

+ Compiles data in Microsoft Excel and utilize Oracle to export data for various reports.

+ Assists internal countarts such as sales, customer care, O2C, A2R in providing invoices or invoice adjustments

+ Communicates with internal and external clients in order to obtain, exchange or provide necessary information as it regards to accounts receivable.

+ Assist in the closing process for accounts receivable and verify that all invoices have been completed.

+ Researches invoice questions received from internal and external clients.

+ Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

+ Performs other duties as directed.
