you will oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes across projects, ensuring compliance with standards and seamless collaboration among stakeholders. This role is also key to leading model coordination, resolving design clashes and supporting digital delivery strategies to optimize project efficiency.

• drive digitalization and champion BIM/VDC/IDD initiatives.
• develop and enforce VDC/IDD standards, BIM templates, and 2D/3D families.
• lead Digital Engineers/BIM Specialists and monitor model deliverables.
• manage design coordination, shop drawings, and submission schedules.
• pilot construction technologies and maintain dashboards for project metrics.

knowledge and skills

• degree in Engineering with BIM certification with over 6 years BIM experience.
• proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office; basic Dynamo & Civil3D.
