Job Description

                    Analyze code and project rule libraries and determine their applicability to BIM deliverables at different project stages. 
Validate Revit and IFC models against project requirements, industry standards, and authority regulations. 
Prepare compliance reports, provide technical feedback, and coordinate corrective actions with project teams and clients. 
Support the development and implementation of digital compliance and BIM validation workflows. 
 Key Responsibilities  Review and interpret client standards, authority requirements, and international codes (ADHA, ADIBC, Dubai Municipality, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.). 
Analyze rule libraries and classify requirements as automated, semi-automated, or manual-review checks. 
Validate Revit and IFC models across Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC/Construction Documentation, and As-Built stages.
