Our client is a leading developer and operator of AI and cloud hyperscale data centers in Asia, headquartered in Singapore.
About the Role:
Based at our client's Johor Data Center, the BMS Engineer will report to the Systems Manager and serve as the primary technical contact for all system-related matters. This role requires a deep understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), with a strong ability to analyze, clarify, and negotiate technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the establishment of Data Center Building Management Systems (BMS) for new and existing setups, covering design, integration, testing, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), installation, commissioning, and warranty.
Liaise with contractors for daily BMS operations and preventive maintenance activities.
Provide technical support for Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and integration testing during project handover and transition phases. <...
