Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Bookkeeper with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience to manage our day-to-day financial engine. This role is perfect for a technical “doer” who enjoys the precision of balancing complex ledgers, managing international currency transactions, and ensuring payroll is flawless. The successful candidate will be the primary operator of our Syspro and Sage environment.

Key Performance Areas:

•  Technical Bookkeeping & Syspro Management
•  Full function to Trial Balance. Maintain accurate records across all ledgers (GL, AP, AR)
• Foreign Exchange (FX): Process foreign supplier payments, manage Forward Exchange Contracts (FEC’s), and perform monthly evaluations on foreign bank accounts and ledgers.
• Reconciliation: GL and inter-company reconciliations
