OVERVIEW:

We are hiring an experienced Bookkeeper with proven expertise supporting Australian clients. This role handles end-to-end bookkeeping across multiple SMEs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, and confident managing several client files simultaneously.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage
  end-to-end bookkeeping
  for Australian SME clients
• Prepare and lodge
  BAS
• Complete
  GST reconciliation and reporting
• Perform
  bank reconciliations
• Oversee
  Accounts Payable
  and
  Accounts Receivable
• Process receipts and data using
  DEXT
• Complete
  month-end reports
  and
  balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain accurate, organised financial records across all assigned clients
