Job Description

SA - Gauteng, FourwaysR 30 000 - R 40 000 Monthly Cost To CompanySenior Bookkeeper needed with my client in the Financial Sector in Fourways.Minimum requirements:

  • BCOM or equivalent degree

  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll, preferably within an accounting firm environment

  • Full bookkeeping function and to be able to work on multiple client books

  • Proficiency in accounting software: Xero, Sage Online, QuickBooks, and MS Excel

  • Proficiency in payroll software: SimplePay, VIP, and Sage Pastel Payroll

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll legislation, and statutory compliance requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, including capturing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing ledgers.
