This is a behind-the-scenes accounting support role focused on invoices, job costing, and draw preparation -- not client-facing and not meeting-heavy.

What You'll Own

You will take full ownership of:

• Capturing and organizing all incoming invoices (email + scanned)
• Reviewing and correcting invoice coding (Adaptive + QuickBooks)
• Job cost coding by project and cost code
• Preparing monthly draw packages with supporting documentation
• Supporting ACH/check bill pay preparation
• Tracking and filing lien waivers
• Organizing subcontractor bids and updating Excel estimating templates
