Senior Brand Manager

Job Reaponsibilities

• Own regional brand performance metrics including volumes, market share, distribution quality and visibility

• Identify state-wise growth opportunities and translate them into clear marketing activation and execution plans leveraging the 4Ps of Marketing

• Track and report regional performance against tagets & course correct with agility in partnership with relevant stakeholders

• Keep track of activation and Media effectiveness and spend efficiency
• Partner with Sales and Supply Chain on S&OP planning to ensure readiness for demand generation initiatives

• Align marketing plans with availability, pricing, assortment and distribution priorities

• Flag risks and opportunities proactively to enable faster decision-making

• Own both the Design and Delivery of Economy Brands for the state
