Senior Brand Manager – Cosmetics Industry

Take charge of the Marcelle brand at Groupe Marcelle in Montreal, Quebec. As a Senior Brand Manager, you'll lead strategic marketing efforts and manage critical brand communications in a hybrid model.

Reporting to the Brand Director, this permanent full-time position allows you to shape the brand's long-term direction and ensure that all initiatives resonate with customer needs. You will collaborate across departments to devise successful commercial plans and monitor performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic brand plan for Marcelle
• Lead the Portfolio and Communications teams to high performance
• Update Go-To-Market strategies for consistent execution
• Innovate in partnership with R&D for product development
• Analyze competitive landscape and consumer trends

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business
• 6 to 8 years in brand marketing and category experience
