Senior Bride Engineer

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of the project starting from inception to the completion
• To lead a team of junior engineers, assigned for a particular project.
• To provide technical support to the juniors for the design works. Conduct design knowledge sharing session. Provide hands on guidance in bridge / port analysis and detailing.
• Closely monitor design work program.
• To review all the design and drawings, prepared by the junior engineers and to take the ownership of the design output before issuance to external parties. Ensure design output presentation etc meets clients's satisfaction and in accordance to the approved standards.
• To do the necessary interface with other departments for information. Arrange periodic meeting with other disciplines.
• To undertake CAT-III check (based on independent design) of the complicated design, undertaken by the junior engineers. Include constructabilit...
