Senior Bridge Project Manager

The construction manager is responsible for all work carriedout by various divisions (including subcontractors) in accordance with contractual specifications and carried out in a safe manner in accordance with Singapore law and regulations. Construction manager will report directly to the project manager.

Key task/ responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safe execution of the project within the pre-determined timeframe and budget, whilst maintaining an effective client relationship.
• Setting up and maintaining effective project organization, preparing the work and optimizing work processes, so that project activities are carried out in an efficient, timely and safe manner.
• Responsibility for the work budget and establishing an effective approach to controlling cost and ensure accurate and timely cost, schedule and resource forecasting, as well as reporting to the project manager.
