Description:
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our D/A/CH Reinsurance Broking team at Guy Carpenter. This role can be based in Munich, Cologne, Hamburg, London or Zurich. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Advise, negotiate, and oversee large reinsurance broking transactions for complex, multi-national clients in the DACH region.
Develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs, build and nurture strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams.
Lead strategic discussions, pursue new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue and budget planning.
Create and present renewal proposals, participate in client presentations, and monitor market developments to advise clients effectively.
