Senior Budget Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares and maintains accurate vessel budgets and forecasts, with a focus on crew-related costs and other key assumptions. Liaises with the crewing department to ensure wage scales and manning assumptions are up to date. Supports management with budget inputs for renewals and tenders, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.

DUTIES

• Prepare and update vessel budgets within the budgeting system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain wage scales for different crew ranks, incorporating updates from the crewing department.
• Liaise with the crewing team to align budgeted manning levels and wage structures with operational reality.
