Senior Building Compliance Leader – BWOF & Audits

Southlanddc in Invercargill is looking for a Senior Building Compliance Officer to lead compliance, auditing, and enforcement across the district. You will conduct audits, investigate non-compliance, and mentor other compliance officers.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant technical qualification, strong knowledge of the Building Act 2004, and experience with compliance schedules. This position offers ongoing training and a supportive environment.
