Senior Building Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Structural Engineering, or related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent chartered status is highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years proven experience in building design, construction, and project management.
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or complex building projects.
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
