Senior Building Services Engineer (Fire Protection & Plumbing)

Job Description Oversee in-house engineering design works of Fire Protection (Sprinkler, Hose Reel, Fire Hydrant, Dry Riser, etc) and Plumbing and Sanitary system, including detailed design, hydraulic calculation, shop drawings, pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc. Manage Fire Protection & Plumbing design coordination with other trades with BIM coordination. Liaise with Fire Protection & Plumbing suppliers for quotation, responsible for equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation. Responsible for material submittals for Fire Protection & Plumbing system to the Consultant for approval. Coordinate with project schedule in organizing Purchase Order, arrange timely delivery of all equipment and materials. Attending technical coordination meetings with Main-con, Consultants and Employer. Assist Project Manager and site personnel in planning, execution, and completion of projects.
