Senior Building Surveyor

CS2, part of RSK Group, is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our rapidly growing team on a full time permanent basis. This is a hybrid home and office-based role in Bristol.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing a full building surveying service to the clients of the business across a range of sectors, as well as giving support and advice to other members of the Building Surveying Department.

1. Provide professional building surveying duties in line with your experience, skill set and the services CS2 offer, including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition, party wall awards etc.
2. Effectively communicate with both internal and external parties ensuring all information is available for the successful implementation and completion of projects.
