About the role

Our Property department is a vital part of the Society’s core operations and is the team is responsible for the overall Property strategy and for providing accommodation, physical security, health and safety, and facilities management, across the business. They are also responsible for maintaining and developing the property real estate, through acquisition and disposals, lifecycle asset management, building refurbishments, repairs and maintenance.

The team are now looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join them on a 12 months basis to not only to look after BAU, but also to support our Group transformation.

The person in role will be responsible for the identification, planning, costing and third-party management of the Society’s property repairs, maintenance and projects works as well as being accountable for all repairs, maintenance and project works carried out in a compliant way, with all relevant legislative and regul...
