Senior Business Analyst (12 Month Contract)

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in Agile and Waterfall projects related to the Portfolio Servicing Platform, including Trade Processing, Pricing/Valuations, Asset Servicing, Derivatives Servicing, and Investment Accounting processes. Assist the Platform Owner in managing the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing work and allocating resources for initiatives. Lead business analysis activities for all project phases—requirements elicitation, analysis, testing, training, implementation, and post‑implementation support. Ensure project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines are clearly documented and communicated. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze requirements that impact the OMERS Portfolio Servicing Platform. Design and develop complex reporting and dashboards (SQL, SSRS, Crystal, Power BI) that provide insights to investment professionals.
