Role Summary
The Senior Business Analyst supports the Disaster Recovery (DR) & Minimum Viable Company (MVC) Program, an enterprise-wide initiative aimed at strengthening operational resiliency, addressing audit findings, and ensuring continuity of critical operations during major technology or cyber incidents. This role works closely with DR/MVC project teams, business units, application owners, and governance partners to define requirements, document processes, and support delivery across all program phases.
