We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in business analysis within technology-driven environments. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements definition, process optimization, and solution delivery to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements-gathering activities with senior stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and priorities
Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing insights and recommendations based on data and analysis
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
