Senior Business Analyst

This Senior Business Analyst role leads complex change across AML and Transaction Monitoring, with a focus on strengthening systems, processes, and controls to improve financial crime risk management. You will own end-to-end delivery of AML initiatives, translating regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions across Compliance, Risk, Operations, Data, and Technology.

In this role you will:

• Lead and deliver AML and Transaction Monitoring transformation initiatives end-to-end.
• Redesign and optimise monitoring frameworks, controls, and operating models.
• Drive enhancements to transaction monitoring systems, case management, and reporting.
• Identify structural inefficiencies and control gaps, and develop remediation roadmaps.

You will be successful if you have:

• 5+ years’ experience in AML, Financial Crime, or Transaction Monitoring with proven transformation delivery.
