A. Business Analyst Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Communication Management:

• Support and align initiatives with customer and business needs
• Manage customer relationships and expectations through structured communication processes
• Communicate updates, findings, and strategies using formal and informal methods: Emails, reports, newsletters, presentations, executive updates, task lists
• Facilitate meetings and presentations for diverse audiences including senior management, customers, and technical teams
• Act as a liaison between Operations and IT to gather and clarify business requirements

Project Management & Delivery:

• Lead or participate in multiple projects simultaneously
