Senior Business Analyst

**Role Responsibilities:**

**Business Understanding & Problem Framing**

+ Engage with business stakeholders to understand **business processes, reporting needs, and decision requirements**
+ Support translation of business questions into **analytics use cases and problem statements**
+ Identify key **KPIs, metrics, and dimensions** required to support business decisions
+ Gain functional understanding of supported domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Operations)

**Requirements Gathering & Documentation**

+ Gather and document **business, functional, and analytical requirements**
+ Create clear artefacts such as: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) User stories and acceptance criteria
+ Define **metric logic, calculation rules, data granularity, and filters**
+ Ensure requirements are **unambiguous, testable, and aligned** with analytics standards
