Senior Business Analyst - 12 months contract We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead digital transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP, loyalty, and financial systems. This role will bridge business needs and technology solutions, driving end-to-end delivery in Agile environments while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications Develop current-state and future-state process maps to support transformation initiatives Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery and validation
