Senior Business Analyst - Disaster Recovery

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the DR & MVC Program, a critical enterprise initiative focused on strengthening operational resiliency, addressing audit findings, and ensuring the organization can continue to operate during major technology or cyber incidents.

The Business Analyst will work closely with the DR and MVC project teams, business stakeholders, application owners, and governance partners to define requirements, document current and future state processes, and support delivery across multiple phases of the program. This role is essential to ensuring alignment between business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology solutions.

This role directly supports closing critical audit findings and establishing a mature, tested, and sustainable DR and MVC capability across the enterprise. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in enabling the organization to withstand and recover from major disruptions.
