Senior business analyst

We need for a highly motivated Senior Business Process Analyst with extensive experience in the planning, designing and implementation of business processes within Aspen Group Digital Technology (GDT). The resource will be critical for assisting Capability Leaders in addressing the business process / practices focus area of the framework used to guide the development and operationalization of the Portfolio, Asset and Service Agreement Management capabilities.

Duties and responsibilities Define the business process design criteria such as ITIL, COBIT, Lean Six Siga, Industry Best Practice, RACI matrix etc. Facilitate sessions with process owners and teams to understand, plan and design the business processes required for Portfolio Management, Asset Management (IT Asset Management) and Service Agreement Management Design processes for optimization and efficiencies Map / document the business processes (Modelling Level 4) in-line with the process design criteria (refer to point 1...
