Senior Business Analyst-Dutch

Key Requirements:

• As a Senior Business Analyst in Squad Rabvion you act as the central liaison between business, architecture, and implementation teams, demonstrating strong familiarity with the concepts and terminology used across all three areas.

• You are responsible for aligning and harmonizing data models across domains and documenting standardized definitions and relationships with enterprise business glossaries, in close collaboration with our stakeholders.

• Translate mortgage business requirements into data definitions, models, and governed data objects.

• Proactively challenge data assumptions, definitions, and inconsistencies. Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in data flows and models. Ask the “why” behind requirements to ensure true business value, not just technical delivery. Support impact analysis for changes in mortgage data or regulatory requirements.<...
