Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with strong banking domain knowledge to support complex transformation initiatives across core banking, card systems, and regulatory change. The role requires end-to-end delivery exposure—from requirements elicitation through UAT, cutover, and business readiness.
Core Business Analysis Skills
Requirements Gathering & Elicitation
Lead and facilitate interviews, workshops, and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
Apply storyboarding and prototyping techniques to clarify and validate requirements
Identify and manage requirements gaps, assumptions, and dependencies
Documentation & Analysis
Produce high-quality:
Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
User stories and acceptance criteria
Model business processes using:
BPMN
UML
Process flow diagrams
Stakeholder Management
