The Opportunity

Bupa is seeking a highly skilled Senior End-to-End Business Analyst to join our Customer Process Improvement division on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile Remediation Program with direct impact on customer outcomes, regulatory compliance, and business performance.

In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Business Analyst and Remediation Project Manager to design, build, and refine remediation processes.
