Senior Business Analyst, Finance Transformation and Systems

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst, OPL to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Cost allocation and financial controls: partner with regional Finance teams to ensure accuracy of month-end and budget allocations, validate allocations, maintain strong internal control environment, and keep complete documentation (processes, controls, supporting evidence).
• Support the implementation of new or revised accounting standards and serve as a key contact for internal and external auditors.
• Maintain and enhance the Oracle EPCM cost allocation tool, including continuous process improvement; ensure smooth and reliable data flow throughout the budgeting cycle between Finance, Actuarial, and stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, end users, and leadership; gather, structure, and document requirements (interviews, workshops) and translate them into clear actionable recommendations. Facilitate c...
