Ability to ask right questions and understand the requirements thoroughly.2.
Create user stories based on requirements in JIRA.3.
Drive the development and execution of requirements / user stories.4.Govern and monitor progress and report on regular basis to ensure timely engagement with relevant business stakeholders / technology team for SIT/QA and UAT.5.Work closely with Business to ensure timely UAT preparation and UAT sign-off.6.Act as a connect between Business, Product Management, GlobalStakeholders, downstream reporting team and Development team.7.Ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders including senior management and get buy-ins.8.Knowledge of agile practices is an added advantageAdditional Qualifications:1.
Experience in financial services, risk consulting or technology is an advantage.2.
Expert in independently working with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and bringing those requirements to life ensuring timely delivery.3.
