Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid - Contract

Our Client a Global tech firm, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Randfontein (Hybrid) on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and a great working environment.

3 days on site (mainly Randfontein and Divisional Office Lanseria), 2 days remotely. Additional onsite presence may be required at Pietermaritzburg and Paarl. When travel is required, the client will arrange all flights, accommodation, car rental and settle reasonable expense claims.

Responsibilities

• Analysing business and system processes.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from all stakeholders.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements for multiple sites across.
• Create reports, presentations, and all other relevant documentation.
• Support project management by defining scope and objectives.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
