Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, FRS, user stories, use cases).
Lead process analysis, process mapping, and re-engineering initiatives to optimize operational efficiency across front, middle, and back-office functions.
