Senior Business Analyst (Investment & Enterprise Technology)

Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst for Program Management & Delivery - Platform Engineering, AI and Advanced Analytics will join a team responsible for delivering the products and platforms that enable OMERS Investments to analyze investment opportunities, make investment decisions, and optimize the OMERS investment portfolio as well as support major transformational initiatives across the enterprise. The Senior Business Analyst works closely with investment teams including Capital Markets, Infrastructure, Private Equity, Growth Equity, and Ventures, as well as with Finance, Risk & Compliance teams.

As a key member of the Program Management & Delivery team, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for improving data and analytics capabilities, championing industry best practices, and delivering high‑quality business requirements to support investment decision‑making.
