Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, especially in customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to gather, understand, and document business requirements
• Conduct requirement analysis and prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
• Act as a bridge between customers and technical/development teams
