Senior Business Analyst IT

Primary Objective
The Senior Business Analyst – IT is responsible for managing and enhancing ERP business processes, ensuring seamless integration with organizational systems, and leveraging modern platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform for automation, collaboration, and reporting. The role also includes SQL development and infrastructure support to enable efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and optimize ERP workflows across core business functions.
Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to maintain system availability, cyber security, and scalability.
Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for dashboards, workflows, and automation.
