About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join Qualix Solutions and serve as the critical link between our clients and development teams. In this role, you will own the requirements lifecycle from initial discovery through delivery and ongoing change management. You will work directly with SaaS founders and SME clients globally, guiding them through structured discovery sessions to translate business needs into clearly defined product features, workflows, and user experiences.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires someone who can independently lead conversations, ask the right questions to uncover what clients actually need (not just what they ask for), and provide the development team with the clarity they need to build the right thing the first time.
