Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst Lead with deep expertise in the Insurance domain to lead business analysis, stakeholder engagement, requirements management, and solution design. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business, technology, and product teams—ensuring successful delivery of complex insurance transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across insurance projects, including discovery, requirement gathering, functional design, and documentation.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand product workflows, underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, and compliance requirements.
Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies for new insurance initiatives.
